Account deletion

Requesting the deletion of your account

Write to contact@gestio-app.com with the subject “Account deletion”, or call ⁦+212 771 311 832⁩.

• Send the request from the e-mail address or phone number of your account, and give the name of your business.
• Only the owner of the business can request the deletion of the business account.
• We confirm the request with the number registered on the account, so that nobody else can erase your data in your place.
• Deletion is carried out within 30 days of confirmation, and you receive a confirmation once it is done.

An employee's account

The owner or administrator of the business deletes an employee's account directly in the app, from Settings → Users. Their sessions are closed immediately.

An employee can also write to contact@gestio-app.com: we pass the request on to the owner of the business, who is responsible for this data.

What is erased

• The account: name, phone number, e-mail address, password, Google identifier.
• The business: company name, address, legal identifiers, logo and stamp.
• Activity data: products, customers, suppliers, sales, purchases, documents, settlements and the activity log.
• Device notification identifiers and every open session.
• Gmail and Google Drive connections, whose access is revoked. Files already created in your Drive remain yours.

What may be kept

Database backups are erased as they rotate automatically, no later than 30 days after deletion.

The subscription invoices we issued to your business are kept for the period required by accounting regulations. Nothing else is kept.

Deleting only some data

You do not need to close your account to erase a piece of data: a product, customer, supplier or expense is deleted from its page in the app.

For any other data, write to contact@gestio-app.com stating what you want erased.

Before deleting: get your data back

Deletion is final. Every list screen allows an export to Excel, CSV or PDF, and invoices as well as statements download from the app.
