Every movement has a reason
A sale reduces stock, a receipt increases it and a return puts the quantity back in the right place. You can see what moved each product.
Management software built in Morocco for wholesalers, distributors and businesses with staff. Mobile and web app, in French and Arabic.

For teams
Every employee has their own account. You see what they do, what they collect and how close they are to their targets — from your phone or your computer.

Salesperson, cashier, storekeeper, accountant, or a custom role. Each person sees only what the job needs: a storekeeper sees neither selling prices nor margins.

Sale created, product edited, payment recorded: every action is kept with who did it and when. Only the manager can see the log.

What each salesperson collected and what they handed in are both recorded. Their balance tells you what they still owe the till.

Set a target for each salesperson and follow their progress, without waiting for the end of the month to find out.
Stock management
Gestio is stock management software built in Morocco for grocers, wholesalers, hardware stores and other retailers. Every sale or goods receipt updates quantities. Track low-stock alerts, stocktakes, depots, and unit or case sales from Android, iPhone and the web.

A sale reduces stock, a receipt increases it and a return puts the quantity back in the right place. You can see what moved each product.
Sell the same product by the piece or by the case. Gestio converts the pack size while keeping one dependable base quantity.
Track quantity by depot, transfer goods and isolate damaged or expired products so they cannot be sold by mistake.
One sale updates the goods, the payment and the customer balance. The seller does not enter the same operation three times.
How it works
Stock is not corrected in a separate spreadsheet. It follows the shop’s real operations, while a stocktake checks the difference between the expected quantity and what is physically on the shelf or in the depot.
Quantity leaves at the sale or delivery, using the unit or pack size selected by the seller.
Goods enter with the receipt document and go into the depot that actually received them.
A stocktake compares expected stock with the real count so the difference can be identified and corrected.
Practical stock guides
Features
A till records the money coming in. A shop is also the stock going down, the customer who owes, the supplier who gets paid and the employee who sells.

58 or 80 mm thermal ticket, or an A4 invoice. Per-customer negotiated prices, discount in DH or %, payment by cash, cheque or transfer.
A case of 12 sold takes 12 out of stock. Low-stock alerts, physical counts with the variance, and several depots if you have them.
A statement of account per customer, a credit limit, and a WhatsApp reminder in one tap from their page.
Purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier returns. Stock goes up on receipt, and each supplier's balance updates with it.
Today's takings, what has run out, the orders to prepare and the cheques coming due — on one screen, as you open.
Search by name or reference, filter by category, and the price and the quantity you have left on every line.
Why switch
There is nothing shameful about a notebook — it works, right up until the shop grows. Here is exactly where it stops.

On paper
With Gestio
You only learn who owes what by re-reading the pages.
Receivables listed largest first, with each customer's statement and a WhatsApp reminder.
Stock is from memory — or a count on a Sunday.
Stock moves with every sale. A count tells you the gap between what the app believes and what is on the shelf.
Your salesman writes in his pad, you copy it out at night.
He records it on his phone, you see it on your screen. Entered once, copied never.
An invoice means a page written out by hand.
Thermal ticket or A4 invoice — numbered, printed, and findable months later.
Profit is a feeling at the end of the month.
The margin on every sale, expenses deducted, and net profit — not just revenue.
For wholesalers
Each document carries the previous one forward. A partial delivery leaves the order open for the rest, and cancelling it puts the goods back in stock.

On the purchase side, the same chain in reverse: supplier purchase order → goods receipt → supplier invoice.

Write the way you speak: in Darija, French or Arabic. A real person answers.
A question at the counter cannot wait three days. We reply the same day.
We import your products, your customers and their balances, then train your salespeople on the app.
Yes, and it was designed that way from the start. A product can have a case price and a unit price; stock is always counted in units, the case is only a multiplier. A case of 12 sold takes 12 out of stock.
Stock follows the shop’s operations: a sale or delivery reduces quantity, a supplier receipt increases it and a return puts it back in the relevant depot. A stocktake then compares the expected quantity with the real count so differences can be corrected.
Yes. You can see each product’s quantity by depot, transfer goods between locations and keep damaged or expired products in a separate depot so they cannot be put back on sale by mistake.
Yes. Both mobile and web are bilingual French / Arabic, with the layout flipped right to left. The invoice itself always prints in French.
Yes, from an Excel or CSV file. Columns are matched automatically, a preview shows you what will be created, and you get a report of the failed rows before anything is saved.
The app pauses, your data stays where it is. You settle the quote, we reactivate, and you pick up where you left off — nothing is erased.
Only what you open to them. Each account has a role — salesperson, cashier, storekeeper, accountant — and you can also build a role of your own. A storekeeper sees neither selling prices nor margins.
No. Gestio keeps your data on a server, which is precisely what lets the salesman and the owner see the same figures at the same moment. An ordinary 4G connection is plenty.
