The product
I sell by the case and by the unit. Does stock keep up?
Yes, and it was designed that way from the start. A product can have a case price and a unit price; stock is always counted in units, the case is only a multiplier. A case of 12 sold takes 12 out of stock. For more detail, see how Gestio handles case and unit stock tracking across every sale.
How does Gestio keep stock up to date?
Stock follows the shop’s operations: a sale or delivery reduces quantity, a supplier receipt increases it and a return puts it back in the relevant depot. A stocktake then compares the expected quantity with the real count so differences can be corrected.
Can I manage several depots in Gestio?
Yes. You can see each product’s quantity by depot, transfer goods between locations and keep damaged or expired products in a separate depot so they cannot be put back on sale by mistake.
Is the app available in Arabic?
Yes. Both mobile and web are bilingual French / Arabic, with the layout flipped right to left. The invoice itself always prints in French.
Does it work on phone and on computer?
Both, on the same account. Mobile is for the counter: taking payment, scanning a barcode, printing a ticket on a Bluetooth thermal printer. Web is for management: purchases, analytics, statements, stocktakes, team and commercial documents. A sale recorded on your salesman's phone appears on your screen with nothing to sync.
Can I import my products and customers?
Yes, from an Excel or CSV file. Columns are matched automatically, a preview shows you what will be created, and you get a report of the failed rows before anything is saved.
How long does it take to get started?
Half a day, not a month. The only genuinely long part is the product catalogue, and that is the part we do with you: send us your list in whatever form you have it, we load it. Customers come in with the balance each of them owes on day one, which is what saves you re-entering history — a customer's entire past then fits in one figure.
What happens if I change phone?
Nothing in particular: reinstall the app and sign in. The data lives in your space, not on the device — a phone lost, broken or sold loses no sale. It is also why an account per employee matters: if a salesman's phone disappears, you cut his access from your screen without changing everyone else's password.

Price and trial
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. Gestio is paid either once a year, all in, or once and for all as a lifetime licence plus a yearly hosting fee. Nothing is charged monthly, no card is stored, there is no auto-renewal to watch. The quote puts both figures side by side before you decide anything.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app pauses, your data stays where it is. You settle the quote, we reactivate, and you pick up where you left off — nothing is erased.
What if I hire someone later?
An account can be added at any time: 1 500 DH once on a lifetime licence, 500 DH per year on the yearly plan. You do not pay for the licence again, and the Business offer already includes 3.
What happens if I stop paying for hosting?
On a lifetime licence the licence stays yours: it is the online access that stops until hosting (600 DH a year) is settled. Your data is not deleted, and you can export it at any time.
Do you handle the setup?
Yes, and it is not a paid extra. Management software left empty is no use to anyone: we open the account, load your catalogue and your customers, and stay reachable on WhatsApp for the settings that follow.

Your data
Will my employees see my numbers?
Only what you open to them. Each account has a role — salesperson, cashier, storekeeper, accountant — and you can also build a role of your own. A storekeeper sees neither selling prices nor margins.
Is my data separated from other shops'?
Yes. Each shop has its own space, and the separation is enforced by the server on every request — not merely by what the screen chooses to show. The distinction matters: separation done at display time is bypassed by editing an address in the browser. Here, a request for another shop's data returns nothing.
Can I get my data back?
Whenever you want, without asking anyone. Every list exports to Excel, CSV or PDF from the screen you are looking at, with the filters you just applied. It is a good question to put to any software you are considering: a tool you cannot get your own figures out of is relying on lock-in rather than on quality.
Does it work without internet?
No. Gestio keeps your data on a server, which is precisely what lets the salesman and the owner see the same figures at the same moment. An ordinary 4G connection is plenty.
