Publisher of the service

Gestio is business management software published and operated from Morocco, and distributed at gestio-app.com.

Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Gestio software, whichever interface is used: mobile app or web app. Creating an account or using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Account and access

An account is opened in the name of a business. The account holder may create accounts for their employees up to the number provided by their offer, and grant them the rights matching their job.

Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for the operations carried out from their account. Any suspicious use must be reported to us without delay.

Trial, price and payment

The trial is free for seven days, with no card and no commitment. At the end of it, access is suspended until an offer is taken up; the data is kept for the period stated in the privacy policy.

Gestio is bought in one of two ways: an all-inclusive yearly subscription, or a licence paid once, together with a yearly hosting fee of 600 DH. The applicable price is the one on the quote accepted by the customer.

Non-payment of the yearly instalment leads to suspension of access after a reminder. On a lifetime licence, the licence remains the customer's: it is the online access that stops, and the data is not deleted.

User obligations

The user undertakes to use the service in accordance with the law and to enter only data they are entitled to hold.

• Not to attempt to access another business's data.
• Not to resell, rent out or redistribute access to the service.
• Not to seek to circumvent the limits of their offer, in particular the number of accounts.

Availability and maintenance

We use reasonable means to keep the service continuously available, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

The service evolves: functions may be added, changed or replaced, without reducing the essential functions covered by the offer taken up.

Your data

The data entered into Gestio — products, customers, sales, purchases, documents — belongs to the business that entered it. We do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

It can be exported at any time from the application, in Excel, CSV and PDF depending on the screen. The processing of personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Liability

Gestio is a tool for recording and calculating: it gives back what is entered into it. It replaces neither an accountant nor tax advice, and the documents it produces bind only the business that issues them.

We cannot be held liable for the consequences of incorrect entry, of use not conforming to these terms, or of unavailability attributable to a third party (carrier, host, network).

Termination

The customer may stop using the service at any time; the yearly subscription in progress remains due. We may suspend an account for non-payment or for serious breach of these terms, after prior notice.

A request for permanent deletion of the data may be sent at any time to the contact address given above.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed to reflect developments in the service or in regulation. The update date appears at the top of this page, and any substantial change is notified to the customers concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
