Merchants who want a clear price, a mobile till and receivables tracking.
Shops and chains wanting an installed POS station with dedicated hardware and local operation.
Short answer
Choose Gestio if you want to know the price before calling, work from a phone and track customer receivables. TIJARA fits if your shop must keep taking payments when the connection drops, if you are fitting several counters with POS hardware, or if you prefer a long-established publisher with on-site support.

Gestio advantages
Each row starts with a practical need of a Moroccan merchant. A dash means the competitor needs configuration, another module or a different workflow; a cross means the feature is not native to the product being compared.
| Gestio strength | ||
|---|---|---|
| Published pricing | Included in Gestio 1 490 DH/year or 3 900 DH once, shown on the site. | Not native NSE publishes no pricing: the page promises “very competitive acquisition prices” and points to a quote. |
| Mobile till | Included in Gestio Android, scanning and Bluetooth receipts, with no fixed station. | Not native TIJARA-POS is built on touchscreens, terminals and OPOS technology. No mobile app is advertised. |
| Customer receivables and credit limits | Included in Gestio Balance, limit, due dates, cheques and statement in the customer record. | Configuration or module Customer accounts exist; a receivables ledger with limits and chasing is not documented. |
| WhatsApp reminder from the customer record | Included in Gestio The reminder starts from the customer's balance and due dates. | Not native No native WhatsApp collection flow is advertised. |
| Arabic interface | Included in Gestio Arabic and French; the whole interface switches. | Configuration or module The NSE pages we reviewed are in French and mention no Arabic interface. |
What really changes
This is the most concrete difference, and it counts against us. The installed TIJARA keeps working when the connection drops; Gestio does not, because the data lives on a server so that the seller and the owner see the same figures at the same time. If outages are frequent where you are, that is a serious argument for TIJARA.
Our rates are on the site to the dirham, including hosting and extra accounts. With NSE you have to request a quote. That is not a flaw in itself — a multi-station project has to be priced — but it changes how you compare.
TIJARA-POS is built around till hardware: touchscreen, terminals, OPOS. Gestio starts from the phone the seller already has, with a scanner and a Bluetooth printer if needed. Two opposite ways to fit a counter.

Migration
Because TIJARA is installed on a workstation, the migration depends on what the local database can export. Plan to recover the catalogue, contacts and balances before any switch.

Add packagings, credit limits and opening stock in Gestio.
Check a sale, a VAT invoice, a receivable and a close before switching.
Method
We compare the Gestio product currently shipped with the competitor's public product, documentation and pricing pages. We do not mark a feature as missing without evidence; when something depends on an edition, module or quote, we say so.

Frequently asked questions
NSE does not publish its rates. Third-party sites quote figures for the single-station licence and network versions, but nothing on the publisher's own pages confirms them, so we do not repeat them here. Ask them for a written quote and compare it with our prices, which are published.
Yes, and that is a real advantage on their side. The installed version runs locally. Gestio needs a connection — ordinary 4G is plenty, but with nothing at all Gestio will not run. Do not choose Gestio hoping otherwise.
The NSE pages we reviewed are in French and mention no Arabic interface. Some directories claim otherwise without showing it. If Arabic is essential for you, ask for a demonstration of the interface before signing.
TIJARA, without argument: NSE has been in this market since 2007. We are newer. If the publisher's track record is your first criterion, that point goes to them.
